Registration Guide

How to register for CSBC Events

All ensemble entries are done through a 3rd party website called Competition Suite. If your ensemble has previously performed at a CSBC event, you should be able to log in to your competition suite account and register. If you are a new administrator (Director) for the ensemble, you will need to e-mail info@calstatebandchamps.org to have your account assigned to the ensemble.

for Fall Events

If this is your ensemble's first time performing at a CBSC event, the ensemble will need to be set up in competition suite. Please follow these steps:

E-mail info@calstatebandchamps.org with the following information
1. Name of ensemble
2. City ensemble is located in
3. Your Name
4. Your title
5. Your preferred e-mail address for access to competition suite
6. Your best guess at what division your ensemble should be in.
Once you have e-mailed, go to the competition suite website and register for a user account.
Once your have registered, and your ensemble has been added, you should be able to register the ensemble for events. If you have any questions, e-mail info@calstatebandchamps.org

for Indoor Drumline / Winds Events

If this is your ensemble's first time performing at a CBSC indoor event, the ensemble will need to be set up in competition suite. Please note, that CSBC will need to create a new profile for indoor events even if your group has performed at CSBC Fall events. Please follow these steps:

E-mail info@calstatebandchamps.org with the following information
1. Name of ensemble
2. City ensemble is located in
3. Your Name
4. Your title
5. Your preferred e-mail address for access to competition suite
6. Your best guess at what division your ensemble should be in.
Once you have e-mailed, go to the competition suite website and register for a user account.
Once your have registered, and your ensemble has been added, you should be able to register the ensemble for events. If you have any questions, e-mail info@calstatebandchamps.org

for West Coast Winter Guard Events

All ensemble entries are done through a 3rd party website called Competition Suite. If your ensemble has previously performed at a WCWG event, you should be able to log in to your competition suite account and register. If you are a new administrator (Director / Instructor) for the ensemble, you will need visit www.WestCoastWG.org for further instructions.
